El HMP actual fue adoptado por la Junta de Supervisores el 12 de julio de 2022 y aprobado por FEMA el 16 de agosto de 2022.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Identifica los principales peligros naturales que impactan nuestra \u00e1rea.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Eval\u00faa los riesgos para la comunidad y los recursos del \u00e1rea.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Sirve como gu\u00eda para los tomadores de decisiones cuando comprometen recursos locales.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Ley Federal de Mitigaci\u00f3n de Desastres de 2000 (Ley P\u00fablica 106-390) requiere que las jurisdicciones mantengan un HMP aprobado para garantizar la elegibilidad continua para oportunidades de financiamiento de subvenciones para desastres bajo la Ley Robert T.
